Audience where invited to approach Inga at the “HelpDesk” and go through a form with her to receive a service. The service consisted in that Inga would promise to present a solution to any imaginable problem that the “client” had. After formulating the problem it would be written down in the form. Then Inga would explain to the client how the problem should be solved. The solution would also be written down in the form. The Form would then be printed out and given to the client as a receipt.
Most people using the “service” would ask for solutions regarding problems with the soul. This made the performance become a variant of the catholic confession. Most problems posed where questions of love. Missing a boyfriend and being heartbroken. But also more practical questions like how to organize time or having disturbing colleagues at work.
